One sleep left...

One more sleep left...  Can hardly wait!  It's been a bit hectic getting everything ready- the clothes, food, camping gear, cameras and electronics, etc, etc.  But everything is now Green-for-Go!

It appears the roads are in sad state, this according to the AA.  Our choices are interminable stop-starts or pothole potluck.  Sigh...  It's just as well the rain is stopping as there is nothing worse than a humongous pothole filled up with water being hit by a vehicle travelling at 100km or more..  Can do some serious damage!   So after much head-scratching, our route will be via Grahamstown, Cradock and Steynsburg to a lodge on the banks of the Orange River called River Destiny Lodge where we will overnight.  It sounds excellent and even better appears well-priced.  But that we'll only be able to evaluate once we arrive.

I've some last minute tasks and some zzz's to string together so I'm off.  One more sleep! Only!
